Daily Tip 4: Mini Yoga Session

Phillip Pascoe-Thomas, a learning and development specialist with SMEC – shared this thought with me today: Challenges are what makes life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

Yoga practice can help us meet these challenges.

Try a mini yoga sessions. I often follow the sequence below to start my day or when I take a break in the middle of the day or just before I go to sleep. Take 5-10 deep breaths in each pose.
