Daily Tip 2: Get outdoors: take a walk or tend to your garden
Make the most of the evening hours. After a full day of working or studying spend at least 30 minutes in the warm evening sun – breath some fresh air – reflect on your day and lift your spirits.
Even more so if you put on your walking shoes and find a park to walk in.
Or your gardening shoes and tend to your plants.
Feeling isolated then while keeping a safe distance give lots of warm smiles and nods to others also enjoying our open spaces.
